Extreme ownership – Jocko Willink

Written by a former Navy SEAL, it uses analogies and combat-tactic examples to teach how to apply them to leadership in a company or team.

Multipliers – Liz Wiseman

It’s a lengthy book, but it’s full of recommendations and examples drawn from different work environments, along with tips and ideas to apply—and also things to avoid.

Turn the ship around – David Marquet

It tells the story of how the captain of a nuclear submarine turns its crew from the worst in the navy into a model to follow, full of examples that can be applied in any work environment.

Personal Kanban – Jim Benson

This book was transformational because it completely changed the way I approach my day to day work.

The 7 habits of highly efficient people – Stephen R. Covey

It was the first personal improvement book I read, and it’s the one that has had the greatest impact on my life—not only professionally, but personally as well. I like it so much that I reread it once every two years.

Indistractable – Nir Eyal

This book is a must-read today, given the amount of distractions we have. It helped me reflect on my use of technology and how to build a healthier relationship with my phone.
